Review: I am in between bra sizes as to whether I have a 34C or 36B. While other 34C bras bought were too small, this bra fit was nice and complimentary. The wide side bands with 4 hooks keep in any sagging/overflowing skin and give the body a nice shape. There are no removable pads in the cup, however the whole cup itself is a padded material. I also like the thick bra straps. This stops them feeling very like they digging in.
